What dev’s hate about recruiters?

We found a survey that asked Developers "What do you hate most about the recruitment process", and this word cloud sums up their answers. To us, it looks like Interviews, jobs, Recruiter, and salary were the most significant issues for them, this makes us think of what could we do better.
